What is your shipping Policy?
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information given.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! If your purchase is being delivered outside the United States, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customers office for more information before making a purchase, as we are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes, and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?
- Requests must be made within 30-days from receipt of your goods.
- Requests are honored if:
- you have reconsidered or "changed your mind" within 1 business day of the purchase.
- the delivered order does not match the product description;
- the delivered order is not the size requested;
- there is a print quality issue; or,
- there is shipping damage to the order.
- Requests may be declined if;
- it has been 2-or-more business days from the date of purchase;
- when requested, you fail to return the originally delivered goods (we provide the labeling for return);
- when requested, you fail to provide clear pictures of the damaged print, including images the original packaging condition upon receipt.
